UNIVERSITY FEE REFUND POLICY 2024-2025

The Himalayan University has evolved Academic fee refund policy as per the University Grants Commission Guidelines vide notification no. "D.O. No. F. 2-71/2022(CPP-II), Dt. 03 July 2023".

A full refund of fees will be made by the University on account of all cancellations of admission/migrations of students up to 30 September 2024, with a deduction of not more than Rs 1,000 as a processing fee, up to 31 October 2024.

Further, for any admission schedule extending/commencing beyond/after 31 October 2024, the Mangalayatan University, Aligarh shall follow a five-tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

Five-Tier refund System:

  1. 100% - 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission.
  2. 80% - 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission.
  3. 50% - 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last date of admission.
  4. 00% More than 30 days after formally-notified last date of admission.

Refund Process:

The fee shall be refunded by the University to an eligible student within 15 days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.
